Vanilla Ginger & Lime Spritz

Ingredients for 2-3 Servings

  • 2 cups
    water (Divided)
  • 1 1/2 cups
    sugar (Divided)
  • 1 cup
    freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp
    zested lime
  • 1 cup
    lime juice
  • 2 cups
    chilled club soda

Method

  1. Bring 1 c. water, ¾ c. sugar, ginger, & vanilla to a simmer & cook for five minutes on medium high heat.
  2. Once thickened, let the syrup coo, then strain into a large pitcher.
  3. Bring 1 c. water, ¾ c. sugar, and zested lime to a simmer & cook for five minutes on medium high heat.
  4. Once thickened, let the syrup cool, then add to the large pitcher. Stir to combine.
  5. Add fresh lime juice, chilled club soda, and ice to the pitcher. Serve cold.
