    Half Spiral Cut Ham
  • 4 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard
  • 2/3 cup

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and put the oven rack on the lower third of the oven
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter. Mix in the Dijon mustard and honey, stirring until it makes a syrup.
  3. Place your ham flat side down in a roasting pan with a rack. This will prevent the ham from getting too wet. Cover your ham with half of the glaze mixture.
  4. Pour 1 cup water into the bottom of the pan. Then cover the whole pan tightly with foil. Bake the ham for 20 minutes per pound.
  5. Remove from oven and let ham cool for 15 minutes under the foil. Use the remaining glaze to coat the ham again. You may need to warm it in the microwave a little to make it a syrup again. Serve ham warm.
